Under the NSW Government’s Home Energy Saver Program, eligible homeowners and landlords in New South Wales can access up to $15,000 in zero-interest loans repaid over up to 10 years, alongside upcoming incentives of up to $4,000 for eligible households.

- 10-Year Repayment Term
Repayments are spread over up to 10 years, ensuring your monthly electricity savings often exceed your loan repayments.
- $4,000 Discount Component
Eligible low-to-moderate-income households and concession card holders can also access direct upfront discounts of up to $4,000.
- Stackable Incentives
This offer stacks directly with federal battery rebates (like the Cheaper Home Batteries scheme) and STC solar incentives for maximum savings.
Who is eligible for the NSW Home Energy Saver Program?
To qualify for the interest-free loan, applicants must:
- Own the property in NSW (owner-occupiers or landlords).
- Have a combined annual taxable household income under $210,000.
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

You can bundle multiple home electrification upgrades into a single $15,000 loan:

- Home Battery Storage Systems
